Management should really consider upgrading the lobby area, door, rugs hand towels etc.
I was cold during my appointment and even though he put on the electric blanket on, I was freezing. so maybe add a few extra blankets on the treatment rooms.

I booked a massage to help with neck and shoulder tension, and Dwaine was excellent. Unlike many standard deep tissue massages, he went straight to the problem area and worked with real precision. I didn’t realise how much tension I was holding until he released it. He focuses on what your body actually needs rather than just following a routine, if you’re looking for someone who can truly fix your problem areas, I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend The Massage Company Tunbridge Wells. The setting is very calming and relaxing, and the whole team is incredibly professional and very welcoming. This is the first time I have felt happy to commit to routine massages as the service is excellent. Dwaine in particular is an incredible massage therapist, very caring and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of deep sports massages.
